We live in a world that rewards constant doing, scrolling, and striving — often at the expense of our nervous systems, our clarity and our connection to what truly matters.

The Sacred Pause is an invitation to slow down and remember:

  • That even a few minutes of intentional stillness can shift an entire day

  • That presence is medicine for the nervous system and the soul

  • That we don’t need to do more — we need to pause more consciously

As an integrative nurse, coach and mindfulness guide, I’ve seen how simple, consistent practices of pausing, breathing and listening can restore balance, resilience and inner trust.

This 21-day experience is designed to help you:

  • Calm the mind and body

  • Reconnect with your heart’s wisdom

  • Practice presence in a way that feels gentle and doable

  • Create space for inner connection for divine guidance

What is The Sacred Pause?

The Sacred Pause is a 21-day mindfulness practice where we build the habit of pausing — slowly, gently, and together.

Each day:

  • We pause for a set amount of time

  • Starting with just 1 minute

  • Adding one minute each day

  • Until we arrive at 21 minutes on Day 21

This is not about perfection.
It’s about showing up, breathing, and listening.

You’ll be supported with:

  • Guided mindfulness and meditation practices

  • Simple teachings on mindfulness and energy awareness

  • Weekly live (and recorded) sessions

  • A sense of community and shared intention

How does it work?

This experience is intentionally simple so it fits into real life.

Included in the 21-Day Sacred Pause:

  • A 30-minute Opening Zoom Call (recorded) to set intentions and learn the practice

  • Weekly guided mindfulness sessions via Zoom

  • Education on:

    • Mindfulness basics

    • Nervous system awareness

    • Intention Setting principles

  • A 30-Minute Closing Zoom Call (recorded) -Share insights, take-a-ways, next steps

  • Optional community connection for accountability and support

Daily practice:

  • Set a timer (light a candle-optional)

  • Pause, breathe, and be present

  • Use the guidance provided or simply sit in silence

When does it begin?

  • Start Date: Sunday, January 11, 2026

  • Opening Zoom Call: 11:00 AM CST (link sent via email)

    • Recorded and shared if you can’t attend live

The daily practice continues for 21 days following the opening session.
