An Evening of Remembering
Through somatic release, mindful movement, and the warmth of community, we will tend the embers of our hearts and awaken the inner flame that guides us home.
We live in challenging times, a season of great change. In moments of uncertainty, there is a natural call to come home—to gather around the fire and remember what is steady and true within us.
This evening of retreat invites you to follow that call inward, to rediscover home as a place deep inside—a quiet flame you can feel into, move from and return to, no matter what life brings.
Held at Nature's Gate Farm, a sanctuary of open pastures, forest paths, and a welcoming Yoga Shed, our time together will weave gentle somatic movement, walking in nature, and the warmth of women’s community. Other invitations may include journaling, drawing, dancing, and a closing tea ceremony for shared insights.

Brenda is a C-IAYT SomaYoga Therapist, a Guide for Equine Assisted Learning and Keeper of the Herd at Nature’s Gate Farm. Her work is dedicated to the restoration of naturalness and opening to the abundance of everyday, practical magic.
Amy Quarberg
Amy is a holistic nurse, energy worker, and entrepreneur whose contagious enthusiasm brings light to all she does. She has a gift for weaving movement, magic, and mystery into everyday wellness, and she shares this passion through her monthly Movement as Medicine classes.
